Description

The Zwilling Four Star kitchen knife is precision-forged from a single piece of Zwilling's special formula stainless steel, then ice-hardened using the proprietary Friodur process for exceptional sharpness, flexibility, and corrosion resistance. The 20cm blade features a laser-controlled edge for immediate cutting performance.

**Own Your Kitchen** Grab the contoured handle and feel the perfect balance point between blade and bolster. Onions fall to thin, even slices. Herbs are minced without bruising. This is the knife that turns daily cooking from a chore into a craft.
**Solingen Heritage** Forged in Solingen, Germany's City of Blades, each Four Star blade undergoes the Friodur ice-hardening process — cooled to -70°C to refine the steel's molecular structure. The result is a blade that stays sharper longer while resisting corrosion and flexing.

Looking After Your Blade
Keep your blade in top nick. Give it a rinse and dry after each use to stop corrosion. Every now and then, rub a thin coat of mineral oil along the blade. Sharpen with a whetstone or honing rod at a steady angle. Store it in a sheath, knife roll, or on a magnetic strip — never chucked loose in a drawer. For carbon and Damascus steel, give it a wipe after cutting acidic foods. For folding knives, clean out the pivot and pop a drop of lubricant in to keep it opening smoothly.
