**Colour at the Table** The mineral-finish handle adds a tactile, stone-like texture to your place setting — cool to the touch and visually striking against white porcelain or dark slate plates. Mix colours across the table for a curated, eclectic look or match a single tone for understated sophistication that guests notice without being told.
**Thiers Tradition, Modern Expression** Jean Dubost has been manufacturing cutlery in Thiers — France's capital of knife-making — since 1920, blending century-old forging expertise with contemporary design sensibility. The mineral-effect ABS handles are injection-moulded to mimic the veining and texture of natural stone, providing the aesthetic of marble or granite with the durability and hygiene of modern polymer.

Looking After Your Blade
Keep your blade in top nick. Give it a rinse and dry after each use to stop corrosion. Every now and then, rub a thin coat of mineral oil along the blade. Sharpen with a whetstone or honing rod at a steady angle. Store it in a sheath, knife roll, or on a magnetic strip — never chucked loose in a drawer. For carbon and Damascus steel, give it a wipe after cutting acidic foods. For folding knives, clean out the pivot and pop a drop of lubricant in to keep it opening smoothly.
