The Böker Arbolito El Gigante is crafted in Argentina's renowned cutlery tradition, featuring a full-tang N695 Böhler steel blade with a generous 16cm cutting edge. The Guayacán ebony handle scales are fitted with polished brass bolsters and mosaic pins, creating a knife that's as good-looking as it is capable out in the field.

**Pampas Heritage** The El Gigante feels solid in the hand — a blade with the heft and confidence of the Argentine gaucho tradition. Pull it out at camp and the ebony glows in firelight, the brass bolsters catching the last sun as you prep the day's harvest.
**Where Europe Meets South America** The Arbolito line is forged in Argentina using Böhler N695 Austrian steel — a premium stainless alloy prized for its fine grain and corrosion resistance. The Guayacán ebony is sourced from South American forests, a wood so dense it sinks in water, polished to reveal extraordinary depth.

Looking After Your Blade
Keep your blade in top nick. Give it a rinse and dry after each use to stop corrosion. Every now and then, rub a thin coat of mineral oil along the blade. Sharpen with a whetstone or honing rod at a steady angle. Store it in a sheath, knife roll, or on a magnetic strip — never chucked loose in a drawer. For carbon and Damascus steel, give it a wipe after cutting acidic foods. For folding knives, clean out the pivot and pop a drop of lubricant in to keep it opening smoothly.
