Return & Refund Policy

At Sterling Knife, keeping our customers happy is what we're all about. If you're not completely stoked with your purchase, we've got a simple 30-day return and refund process sorted for you.

30-Day Return Window

You can return any product within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items need to be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. You'll need proof of purchase — your order confirmation email or packing slip.

Every wiper blade we sell is precision-matched to your specific vehicle. If the product doesn't fit your car as described on our website, we'll cover return postage and give you a free exchange for the correct item or a full refund. No worries, no questions asked.

How to Start a Return

  1. Get in touch with our customer service team via our contact page or give us a bell at +1 (302) 555-0147. Have your order number handy.
  2. We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and send you detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it using a trackable postage method.
  4. Pop the RMA number on or inside the package.

Refund Processing

Once we've received your returned item and checked its condition, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method you used at checkout.

  • Credit/debit card: Refund shows up on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • PayPal: Refund is credited to your PayPal account within 3–5 business days.

Original postage costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake or a faulty product.

Exchanges

Need a different size or picked the wrong vehicle? No dramas. Get in touch within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort out an exchange. If the replacement item has a price difference, we'll charge or refund the difference accordingly.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order rocks up damaged, faulty, or isn't as described, please get in touch straight away — ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the damage or fault

We'll arrange a free replacement shipment or a full refund, including any return postage costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, wiper blades that have been fitted to a vehicle can't be returned unless they're faulty. Opened packaging is accepted only if the product itself hasn't been used.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, have a chat with your bank or payment provider first — processing times vary. If you still haven't received your refund, give us a shout and we'll look into it.
