Wipe Evo ships from local warehouses to get your wiper blades to you as quick as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order's been dispatched, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number.

All standard orders over AUD A$99.99 qualify for free shipping. Orders under this amount will have a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days
  • Asia-Pacific: 7–14 business days
  • Europe & North America: 14–21 business days
  • Rest of world: 14–28 business days

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Just a heads-up — import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and aren't included in our pricing.

Order Tracking

Every shipment includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a link to track your package in real time. You can also check the status of your order anytime on our Order Tracking page using your order number and email address.

Delivery Attempts

Our carriers will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. If no one's home to receive the package, the carrier may leave it in a safe spot or leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delays.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we're unable to ship to:

  • PO boxes
  • Parcel lockers not supported by our carriers

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with your neighbours or building reception. If you still can't track it down, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.

If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, drop our team a line. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if needed, send a replacement or issue a refund.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening it and get in touch with us straightaway. We'll organise a free replacement.
