Description
The Citadel Tanto is a hand-forged Japanese fixed blade knife crafted by artisan smiths using traditional Japanese techniques. The 12cm high-carbon steel blade features a classic tanto profile with a flat grind for exceptional strength. The sculpted rosewood handle provides an organic, one-of-a-kind grip.

**The Warrior's Companion**
Hold the Citadel Tanto and feel the connection to centuries of Japanese blade tradition. The weight in your hand is purposeful, the tanto geometry resolute — a blade that commands respect whether displayed on a stand or carried in the field.

**Artisan Fire and Hammer**
Each Citadel blade is individually forged by hand — heated in a charcoal forge, shaped under the hammer, and quenched in oil. The rosewood handle is sculpted from a single piece, fitted and pinned with the same care given to a fine instrument.

Knife Care & Maintenance
Keep your blade performing at its best. Rinse and dry after each use to prevent corrosion. Apply a thin coat of mineral oil to the blade periodically. Sharpen with a whetstone or honing rod at a consistent angle. Store in a sheath, knife roll, or magnetic strip — never loose in a drawer. For carbon and Damascus steel, wipe after contact with acidic foods. For folding knives, clean the pivot area and apply a drop of lubricant to ensure smooth deployment.
